The CHSE Office of Advocacy, Collaboration & Engagement hosted an insightful discussion about inclusive education and intellectual disabilities. In honor of Developmental Disabilities Month, this important topic was explored through the lens of A.P. Tureaud, Jr., a trailblazer in integration at LSU and retired Director of Special Education.
Moderated by Dean Roland Mitchell, our guest speaker, Alexander P. Tureaud, Jr., shared his experiences and insights gained from his extensive career in special education. The panel also featured esteemed individuals including:
